Participants learn how cleansing performance, foam behavior, and fabric safety are balanced in product design. The class is structured like a mini process-development lab while maintaining a relaxed, social workshop atmosphere.

Participants test their detergent using foam-height checks, soil-lift demonstrations, pH strips, and visual stability observations. They review what each result means and adjust their formulation to improve consistency.
