How This Works: The Process
Submit Your Inquiry
Complete our inquiry form and select your preferred date and workshop. This allows us to tailor your experience based on your location, group size, and program goals.
Receive Your Proposal (1–2 Business Days)
Within 1–2 business days, we’ll email a contract proposal and invoice reflecting your request.Reserve Your Date
Your date is officially secured once we receive a signed contract and the 50% deposit.Advance Notice for On-Site Workshops
To deliver a polished, fully prepared experience (staffing, materials, and travel logistics), we require a minimum of 21 days (3 weeks) notice, especially for out-of-state bookings.
Deposits must be received no later than 14 days before your scheduled workshop.Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due the day of the workshop.Payment Methods (In Order of Preference)

After the contract and invoice are signed, we’ll provide our W-9 and certificate of insurance.
If your organization requires vendor registration or onboarding forms, please let us know before we send the contract so we can align with your process and keep everything seamless.
