Led by real scientists, each session is fast-paced, hands-on, and built around real careers in biotech and medicine—without adding extra stress to your staff. Booking & Pricing

Our mobile workshops are custom-quoted based on:

  • Number of students

  • Number of sessions / rotations

  • Length of each session

  • Travel distance and setup needs

We respect your school or program’s budget and work with you to design a package that makes sense for your community.

All mobile STEM workshops must be booked at least 14 days in advance, with a deposit due 14 days before the event so we can reserve staff, prepare materials, and be fair to all schools we serve.

Where We Travel

We proudly serve schools and programs across the Philadelphia tri-state area (PA, NJ, and DE)—but we don’t stop there. Our mobile STEM labs are available to all states nationwide for schools, districts, camps, and community organizations that want a truly unforgettable STEM experience.

For sites outside the tri-state area, mobile workshops must be booked at least 21 days in advance, with a 50% deposit due to secure your date, travel, and materials.
