Moblie Labs for STEM Workshops

Our Mobile STEM Lab brings a bioprocessing-focused K–12 lab straight to your school, so students experience real biology, chemistry, and physics in action—without leaving the building. In one high-energy visit, they see how biology, chemistry, and physics all work together as they mix “cell food,” run reactions, move liquids, watch gases form, and track real changes in color, foam, and flow. Every activity is built around how living cells are grown, controlled, and turned into useful products. We currently travel to PA, NY, NJ, MD, and DE, offering both one-time visits and multi-week cohorts where the same students build skills over time. Mobile STEM Lab visits are priced on a per-quote basis, taking into account the number of students, the length of the visit, and the distance traveled to your school or organization. For 45 Minutes our virtual STEM workshops bring live, high-energy instruction from an industry scientist straight to your classroom screens. Sessions are interactive, fast-paced, and designed so students can follow along, ask questions, and see real experiments and bioprocessing concepts in action.

Our virtual STEM workshops are $250 per session. For schools or organizations interested in multiple sessions or customized support, we can provide a tailored quote that aligns with your goals and budget.

We offer On-Site Field Trips at our lab (3675 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19104) for 60–120 minutes, max 24 students; Travel Workshops at your campus for 60–120 minutes, preferred max 30 students; and Virtual Labs for 45 minutes with unlimited capacity.

Weekly school availability (ET): Mon—Virtual, Tue—On-Site, Wed—Virtual, Thu—On-Site (no Friday sessions).

Students run an age-appropriate bioprocessing workflow: safety + aseptic technique, media prep, yeast-based growth simulation, clarification/filtration, and a quick assay with simple data capture. We provide PPE and clear steps; all demos are non-edible, and no food/drink is allowed in lab areas. The school manages student supervision and shares allergy/medical notes in advance; accessibility accommodations available with notice.

All curricula, protocols, slides, graphics, kits, and recordings are the intellectual property of Nafees Innovations LLC. Schools receive a limited, non-transferable license to use provided materials during booked sessions only. No recording, copying, or redistribution without prior written permission; if approved, recordings are for internal, noncommercial school use. The school is responsible for student media permissions; we do not use student images without written approval.

Prices vary based on group size of students and session format; we provide quotes and accept PO/invoice, ACH, or card. Cancellations/changes: On-Site/Travel ≥7 days; Virtual ≥48 hours. No late fees, but late arrivals reduce session time to honor subsequent bookings.
